Secrets of the Highly Successful

December 13th, 2006

Highly successful people, whether they’re sportsmen (such as cricketers), businessmen, politicians and so on; all have a number of traits or habits that help them become successful in almost whatever they do. This is something that is covered in detail in Bonus #1 (Advanced Tactics, Powerful Lessons in the Psychology of Winning) when you get Cricket Secrets: Revealed.

“Don’t Be A Loser!”

The great quote by Pablo Picasso which I touched on in my last post sums the essence of it up well; here it is again (I hope you’ve had a chance to think about it?):

“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we fervently believe, and upon which we vigorously act. There is no other route to success.”

“Ian, What Does It All Mean?”

Ok, so lets analyse this and see how we can apply this great wisdom into our daily lives and most importantly YOUR cricket.

Do you like the new blog?

December 10th, 2006

Hi Cricketer!

What do you think of the new blog? (To leave a comment follow the link at the end of this post). I’ve gone with a Christmas theme as it seems appropriate given the time of year, I’ll get something more Cricket related up after Christmas and once The Ashes fever dies down a bit.

I’ve added a guestbook to this blog too, so if you want to leave your thoughts about the website or tell me how the tips I’ve been sending have help you, post on the guestbook here :-)

Well England are really up against it now, 2 down with 3 to play in the series, England are going to have to pull something special out the ‘bag’ to hold on to The Ashes. I’m not one for making predicitions, but I struggle to see how England can recover with the way they have been playing lately.

Have you entered The Ashes Competition yet? If not get your entry in ASAP, you’ve only 4 days until the first deadline closes! So click that link, read the post and click ‘post reply’ to enter, if you’ve haven’t registered for the forum you can do so through this link.

Once you’ve entered try and guess who said this,

“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we fervently believe, and upon which we vigorously act. There is no other route to success.”

I’ll tell you in a moment who said (it’s not someone you would easily guess), but if you want to be a really good cricketer (or want to achieve success in any discipline for that matter), you need to study that quote and understand what it is telling you.

Have a think about it and I’ll elaborate further on it’s meaning in my next post.

Oh the person that said it was no other than the famous (and successful) artist Pablo Picasso…
